I see you, sis.
your life is in order. to an outsider, it may even look perfect.
…but for some reason, you feel like you could do better.
You wonder if you’re living up to your full potential.
And when you talk to yourself, your inner voice is not always very nice.
Many of your thoughts skew negative, and you wish you felt more grateful.
And then there are your habits …like that glass or two of wine after work that you just can’t seem to ditch.
You want to exercise and meditate… but it seems like time and motivation are never on your side.
You’re doing your best, so why doesn’t it feel like enough?
Week after week goes by. When nothing changes, nothing changes.
Sound familiar?
Do you wish you were more present for your life, instead of being preoccupied by your never-ending to-do list?
Do you dream of falling asleep, knowing you showed up that day as your best self?
Do you love the idea of living in complete alignment with your values, instead of letting life dictate what happens?
Do you wonder how much more you could accomplish if you were your healthiest, happiest self?
of course you do.
But right now you feel stuck.
I know because just a few years ago, I was there.
I was thrilled to have my own business.
I was living in New York City.
I had a boyfriend and my friendships were thriving.
And I even achieved my goal of buying a house.
And yet, I was anxious and unfulfilled.
Plus, I was using alcohol to cope with stress, which was only making it worse.
This really hit me when my design business slowed down as a result of the pandemic, my relationship started to unravel, and my senior dog started having health issues.
Everything felt like more than I could handle and I needed support.
I found and started working with an incredible Life Coach, and it changed everything!
working with a life coach has enabled me to…
Shift my inner voice from harsh and critical to kind and encouraging
Tone down my perfectionism and develop a growth mindset
Understand why I drank the way I did, and become alcohol-free without deprivation
Develop healthy long-term habits, and ditch unhelpful ones
Find my true purpose and switch to a more fulfilling career
Set higher standards for myself in dating and attract an emotionally healthy and secure partner
Learn better time management skills, to make time for hobbies and quality time with loved ones
