Mindset

Do you wish you had better control over your thoughts? You can! But for most of us it doesn’t come naturally, but rather is a learned skill. Managing your mind is the essential first step towards a happier, healthier you. Uproot limiting beliefs, learn how the subconscious and conscious minds dictate our lives, reprogram your thinking with positive psychology and unlearn unhealthy coping mechanisms by working with a certified mindset coach.

Alcohol Freedom

Would you like to change your relationship with alcohol? Have you taken breaks, just to fall back into old patterns? Do you wish alcohol was insignificant in your life? By working with a certified alcohol-free life coach, it’s possible. Through subconscious reprogramming, neuroscience, and thought work, you can change or eliminate your drinking habit all together - without deprivation.

Habits & Success

Are you unfulfilled, on the brink of burnout, or worried about the trajectory of your career and/or personal life? Chances are, it’s actually your habits (or lack thereof) that is holding you back. Discover your deeper purpose and unlock your greatest potential by working with a coach. A certified Life Coach can help you delve into your true desires, develop your unique gifts and design a more meaningful life based on your values. No gatekeeping here! (ADHD / neurodivergent clients are embraced.)

Client Testimonials

“Working with Gretchen has been such a great experience. One of my biggest goals was to start exercising and actually stick with it, and she's helped me create a plan that feels doable. I’ve already started, and for the first time, I feel confident I can keep it up.

She’s super knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at helping me shift my mindset, all while being just a genuinely nice and relatable person to talk to. I struggle with ADHD, and she's helped me understand how habits can work for me. One of the biggest takeaways was realizing I don’t have to force myself into workouts I don’t enjoy (like lifting weights at the gym at 6 AM), just because that works for other people. Instead, she encouraged me to focus on what does work, like group classes where I can build a sense of community and accountability.

If you’re really ready to make a change, Gretchen will help you get there in a way that actually fits you. I’m feeling way more optimistic and capable of sticking with this long-term, and I’d absolutely recommend working with her!”

Meet The Founder

I’m a 5X-Certified Life Coach, specializing in Mindset, Habits, Success, Alcohol Freedom, and ADHD.

My own personal development journey—and subsequent transformation—inspired me to become a Life Coach so that I could pay it forward. I started The Pink Cloud Collective (my free online community) to reach as many curious, fun-loving and like-minded people as possible.

Just a few years ago, my life looked great from the outside, but I wasn’t happy. I was unfulfilled in my career, which had once been my greatest source of pride. I had chronic anxiety that ebbed end flowed, and I using wine to cope with life’s challenges. I was in a relationship, trying to make it work but I knew deep down something was… off. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

We are capable of so much change when we decide we are not going to settle for less than we deserve any longer, put in the work to make significant changes, and don’t look back.

I got support, did “the work” with my own Life Coach and learned better life-navigation skills. I can now proudly say that I am confident, alcohol-free and living each day in alignment.

For the first time in my life, I truly love myself exactly as I am. It is absolutely possible for you too.

gray area drinking

From the outside, my drinking looked normal. I didn’t drink every day. When I drank socially, I had no problem stopping after a few drinks. I wasn’t angry, sad or sloppy when I drank. I looked forward to a glass of wine after work, or while cooking dinner.

But sometimes it was different. Every once in a while, I would binge drink with the intention of getting drunk. It felt compulsive and I didn’t understand my behavior. But I knew it was really unhealthy. By the time I turned 35, my relationship with alcohol was more complicated than ever. I was full of shame and guilt and felt very alone.

And yet, giving up alcohol entirely terrified me. It turned out to be the best decision of my life! I discovered the term “gray area drinking,” on a Ted Talk, which led me to discover that Alcohol Use Disorder is not always black and white.

This discovery marked the beginning of my sober-curious journey, that would eventually lead me to where I am today: living euphorically on “the Pink Cloud” of alcohol-freedom that just gets stronger with each passing month!
